Inspiration from So Many- Thank You

Some people make inspiration boards before big races. As I head into the last few weeks of my season, I decided to make a special video of “thank you” for everyone who has supported me during my triathlon racing and coaching experiences during the past 5 years. I could not have accomplished any of this without my family, my friends, my coach, my training teams, my community, my athletes and my sponsors. Thank you all for the help, guidance and support. Thank you especially to Mile High Multisport, USA Triathlon, Team USA, Team in Training The Leukemia & Lymphoma Society – Rocky Mountain, Evergreen Park and Recreation District, Betty Designs, Girls on the Run of the Rockies , TriBella and Infinit Nutrition for allowing me to represent you as an athlete and also a coach over the course of this journey.

I was going back through pictures and thought it would be fun to compile some from all areas of my experiences to recognize the organizations and the people who mean so much to me. Thank you to my family- Greg Culligan and my three sons. And, huge thanks to my closest friends – you know who you are- who have been with me and inspired me every day. You have listened to my uncertainties, rode countless hours with me on the bike, shared swim lanes with me when I have needed extra motivation, called me to check in when you knew that I was struggling emotionally and/or physically. A few of you are responsible for me getting into this crazy sport. And, I love you for it. Thank you to all of my Team In Training supporters who have donated to the Leukemia and Lymphoma Society on my behalf over the years as I have trained for endurance events in memory of my father and father-in-law. Your dedication to a cause near and dear to my heart has been greatly appreciated. I will once again toe the start line next Saturday dedicating my race to LLS and raising money for a cure for blood cancer.
